According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, specifically in sections VII and VIII:
VII. Right of Withdrawal
Customers of AdultToysMen.com have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 calendar days, without needing justification, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in section VIII below.
The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the day when the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AdultToysMen.com through the contact form or any other explicit means.
VIII. Warranties and Returns
Returns, warranties, and after-sales services in general from AdultToysMen.com will be governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact AdultToysMen.com indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanying it if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.
RETURN PERIOD: Customers have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return due to withdrawal.
CONDITIONS FOR VALID RETURN: Returns will only be accepted for products that are unused, with their security seals intact, and in their original packaging. Returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or manipulated will not be accepted.
RETURN VERIFICATION: Before authorizing any return, AdultToysMen.com may require the customer to provide photographic evidence showing that the security seal is intact and that the product is in its original, unopened packaging. The customer must provide this evidence within 7 calendar days of our request. If the evidence is not provided within that period, or if it shows that the item has been opened, unsealed, used, or manipulated, the return request will be declined and closed.
SHIPPING COSTS: In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal (change of mind), the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouses. Conversely, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or warranty claim, the reverse logistics costs will be covered by AdultToysMen.com.
RETURN ADDRESS: Returns are only accepted at the warehouse or address that AdultToysMen.com designates in writing for each individual case. Items returned without prior written authorization, or sent to any address other than the one designated, may be refused and will not generate any refund. Where no return address is available for the customer's country of delivery, AdultToysMen.com will resolve the request under the "Refund Without Physical Return" clause below, or decline it in accordance with these Conditions.
REFUND WITHOUT PHYSICAL RETURN: AdultToysMen.com may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund without requiring the physical return of the product. This is a commercial decision taken for the convenience of the customer; it creates no right, entitlement, or precedent for any future order, and it does not modify the return conditions, exceptions, or limitations set out in these Conditions.
RETURN PROCESS: To request a return, the customer must contact AdultToysMen.com customer service through the contact form or by email, indicating the order number and reasons for the return.
REFUNDS: Products returned in acceptable conditions will generate a refund for the amount paid for the items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs paid on the original order are not refunded when only part of an order is returned.
EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS: For health protection and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for personalized products, nor for any item of an intimate, sexual, or adult nature (including, but not limited to: masturbators, sex toys, dolls, lingerie, or bodily accessories) that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. Returns of products showing signs of use or manipulation will also not be accepted.
PROCESSING TIME: Return processing takes 5-10 business days after AdultToysMen.com receives the returned item and verifies its condition. Refund time depends on the original payment method and bank processing times.
WARRANTY CLAIMS: Manufacturing defects or malfunction in items with mechanical or electronic parts will be handled as warranty claims. In these cases, shipping and replacement costs will be free of charge for the customer. Our after-sales service will assist customers and choose to manage replacement directly with the manufacturer or provide necessary information for direct contact with the manufacturer. All products must be returned with their accessories to apply warranty coverage.
