What is the quality of your products?

We only sell top brand products of superior quality. As we are unable to validate all hundreds of products first hand, we only work with top-tier suppliers and recognised brands, which ensures a high standard of quality.

What is the origin of the products?

In terms of suppliers, depending on the product and the country of destination, we have suppliers in Spain, Estonia and the United States.

In terms of the country of origin or manufacture of the products, of course a large part of the production is in China (this is now the case in many sectors!), but many articles are also manufactured in different countries of the European Union and in the United States.

In fact, having trusted brands and suppliers is what ensures the final quality of the products and that the highest standards and European legislation have been followed; whatever the country of manufacture.

What you will never have with us are products resold from dubious websites that can be accessed by anyone or from unserious suppliers.

Nor will there be any problems with materials or manufacturing defects (which are also unavoidable, but we have very few cases thanks to the quality of the entire supply chain).

What warranty do the products have?

The warranty period of the products will be in accordance with the legislation in force; and sometimes extended by the manufacturer.

When will my order be shipped?

We normally ship orders within a few hours, or maximum 24 hours. In the event that due to availability of our team or holidays the forecast is higher, we will indicate it in a banner at the top of our website.

To which countries do we ship?

Worldwide (except for countries at war, with international restrictions or similar).


Check that you have selected your country in the menu, in order to see the correct prices for your destination. During the checkout process you will see the shipping costs (which we adjust to the maximum) and in many cases are free from 150€ of purchase (from 50€ are free shipping to Spain and mainland Portugal).

How much are the shipping costs?

To peninsular Spain and Portugal, regular shipping is free for orders over 50€ and costs 4,95€ for orders of lesser amount.


In Spain and Portugal peninsula you can opt for express shipping for 9,90€ (officially, since there are remote areas we indicate 24-48h, but in urban areas normally your order will arrive the next day, even in the Balearic Islands).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Check on the payment page the type of shipping for your order. There you will also see the estimated delivery time depending on the destination.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive different emails as we prepare and ship your order. Once in transport, notifications from us and/or the delivery company with your order identifier, so you can check where your order is.


The transport company will depend on the product and destination in each case, since we use different transport services.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

What is the warranty and return policy?

Returns, warranties and after-sales services in general are governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact us indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanied if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.


Warranty: Cases of manufacturing defects, or malfunction of those items with mechanical or electronic parts, will be handled as a warranty. Out after-sales service of will help the customer to understand the case and will choose to manage directly with the manufacturer the replacement of the product or to provide the customer with the necessary information for the customer to manage the replacement directly with the manufacturer. The warranty period of the products will be in accordance with current legislation and in accordance with the warranty issued by each manufacturer. In any case all products must be returned with their accessories in case they have them in order to apply the warranty. As a result of the management of a warranty, a replacement of the product will be applied.



Returns: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the products purchased within the first 90 calendar days of receipt. does not apply to those products which, given their nature and in accordance with current legislation, are not eligible for return or which may suffer deterioration, except in cases of technical faults identified prior to use. Likewise, this right does not extend to unsealed or opened post-delivery products, including but not limited to personal hygiene items, erotic toys, vibrators, menstrual cups, lingerie, underwear or any other similar product that, for hygiene reasons, are not returnable; unless a technical failure is detected during use.


Products covered by warranty or individual products from a set or package are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. Changes in color or size based on a withdrawal will not be accepted.


On the other hand, products containing content in both physical and digital formats, such as guides, movies, CDs/DVDs or books, are not eligible for return.


Products that are returned under these conditions, will generate a balance in favor of the customer, in the amount of the price paid during the order (regardless of the current or previous price of the order, the final price paid in each case will be used). 



We, once the return has been processed, will give the customer the balance generated in the form of a discount coupon on its website or on other websites of its group.


As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we will evaluate the possibility of assuming the costs of transportation of returned products or for warranty management, depending on the destination, price and dimensions of the products.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or defective product?

If you have received an incorrect product you can process the return. Check our complete policy (in the previous question) and write us at to process the return and we will send you the correct product. In these cases you will not incur any shipping costs.
