Returns, warranties and after-sales services in general are governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact us indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanied if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.

Warranty: Cases of manufacturing defects, or malfunction of those items with mechanical or electronic parts, will be handled as a warranty. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we will evaluate the possibility of assuming the costs of transportation of returned products or for warranty management, depending on the destination, price and dimensions of the products.
